OLAER bietet 3 Ausführungen an:

SLG 1    bis 400 bar - Arbeitet automatisch bis der am Kontaktmanometer eingestellte Vorfülldruck erreicht ist

SLG 2    bis 400 bar - Einstellen des Vorfülldruckes am Druckminderer

SLG 3    bis 300 bar - Krawatten-Station, Antrieb mit Stickstoff

SLG 1

Commercial nitrogen cylinders are filled at a pressure of maximum 200 bar. Hydraulic accumulators with a precharge pressure exceeding 200 bar can therefore not be filled using these cylinders. With precharge pressures between 100 and 150 bar the potential of the nitrogen cylinders is poorly exploited.

The OLAER nitrogen chargin units allow better utilisation of the nitrogen cylinders and a charging of the accumulators at pressures of up to 400 bar.

The charging unit runs automatically and its precharge pressure is controlled by a contact pressure gauge.

The SLG 3 will be connected on a nitrogen bottle. The nitrogen is driven as well as deliver medium. So not additional energy is necessary.
