The VGU tester and pressurizer is used to charge bladders, pistons and membrane accumulators with nitrogen
as well as to check and change the precharge pressure.
The VGU unit fits on all OLAER accumulators with 5/8 " and 7/8 " flap valves, Schrader valves and screw plugs.

The VGU unit is screwed onto the gas valve of the hydraulic accumulator and connected to a commercial nitrogen cylinder with a hose. For precharge pressure checking, connecting the charging hose is not necessary.

Scope of supply:

• tester and pressurizer with manometer, return valve on the charging hose connection, built-in release valve,
• valve spindle to open the gas valve or the screw plug,
• connections for the accumulator:

- 7/8" - 14 UNF
- 5/8" - 18 UNF
- 0,305" - 32 NFT
- M28 x 1,5
