Pressurised air driven high pressure pumps
 |
Our high pressure pumps offer an ideal solution in numerous applications (oil or water) and are driven by pressurised air of 1 (14 psi) to 10 bar (145 psi). Our pumps are available in 5 sizes: M, S, G, GX and DPD. The sizes vary according to their suitability for different pumping media, wide ranging flow capacities and their maximum allowable operating pressures ... more... |
Hydraulic units
 |
Our hydraulic units for oil, water or aggressive media are complete hydraulic units ready for connection which are provided for generating operating pressures up to 5,500 bar (79,770 psi). The hydraulic systems can be used for all kinds of testing and clamping on machine-tools, etc. ... more... |
Air amplifiers
 |
Our PLV type air amplifiers are used to compress compressed air or nitrogen from pressures of 4 to 6 bar (58 to 87 psi) up to the requested final pressure. ... more... |
Air amplifier stations

Working principle
Pneumatic driven units apply the working principle of differential pistons. The internal switching at the end of travel guaranties a continuous flow rate. The driving piston features a great surface and transmits the force to the high pressure piston with a small surface. The compressed air moves the driving piston at its maximum speed, thus filling the pressure receiver with a maximum flow rate. When the secondary pressure is built up the numbers of cycles slow down. The piston stops automatically when the forces are equal. The pressure is then maintained without consuming any energy. Depending on the surface ration, pressures of up to 7,000 bar (101,500 psi) can be reached.
